Harsha de Silva
Sri Lankan economist and politicianHarsha de Silva is Member of Parliament from Colombo and currently Minister of Economic Reform and Public Distribution of the Government of Sri Lanka.
An economist by training, Harsha’s objective in politics is to help create a prosperous nation where all citizens enjoy the same rights and privileges.
His most satisfying achievement thus far has been founding the much loved '1990 Suwa Seriya' nation-wide pre-hospital care ambulance service.
Harsha has a PhD in economics from the University of Missouri and has had executive training at both MIT and Harvard. He is married with two children and lives in Colombo.

Previously held two important sales leadership positions at EMC India including running their financial services sales across India.
Raveendran Jepegnanam
RRDRaveendran Jepegnanam heads the Service Delivery Automation at RRD. With in-depth expertise in driving operational efficiency and discrete event simulations, he leads service delivery automation projects to make RRD the preferred transformation partner for clients. He comes with more than 30 years of experience and continues to be an eager adopter of emerging technologies. As a strong advocate of the subject, Ravi believes that Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies can transform the BPM sector, including areas that require a certain level of cognitive thinking.
He was a mentor and judge at the Data Artistry Tournament by RRD and Gramener in 2018, a unique platform that brought together data artists and visualizers for the first time ever in Chennai, India. Ravi holds a degree in Engineering and a post graduate diploma in Management from XIME. He is a certified RPA developer and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. As a multi-faceted personality, Ravi loves to pursue his interest in photography and endurance sports while he is not at work.
Rakesh Rajora

Rakesh brings 23 years of international professional experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation and Robotics & Intelligent Automation. He experience also comes from JP Morgan Chase & Co where, he was head of Transformation, Strategy & Robotics Automation for the Corporate & Investment Bank. And previous to that, he led global teams at General Electric (GE Corporate and GE Healthcare), Deutsche Bank AG, Accenture and EY.
Rakesh is a B Tech Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. He is a GE Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who also has TOGAF Enterprise & Technology Architecture design capabilities.
Buddhi Chandrasena

Equipped with a background in automation, she comes with more than 17 years of experience and has to her credit several key projects for global clients that have a significant record of improved process efficiency and reduced costs, leading to higher customer satisfaction. Michelle believes that organizations must embrace RPA and emerging technologies to be agile and leverage it to harness the human potential in areas where truly important. Having worked on resource optimization projects and implementing bots for business, Michelle works to make RRD future ready by identifying potential opportunities and bridging existing gaps in complex business processes. Michelle holds a Masters in Information Technology and is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Blue Prism Certified ROM Architect and an Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
