Arjuna Nanayakkara is the Head of Shared Services Centre – LSEG Sri
Lanka and is responsible for managing, building and extending the
capabilities of global service offerings to LSEG out of Sri Lanka.  He is a
management accountant by profession, marketeer and qualified in computer
science, design and engineering.
 
Arjuna has held strategic leadership and operational roles in the Financial
Services, Information Technology, Retail, Leisure & Hospitality and Property
Development industries prior to joining LSEG.  He has built exceptional
leadership teams and transformed organisations over 2 decades by
formulating corporate and business strategies based on operational
excellence, product engineering, business development and corporate
restructuring.

Schumela Perera is a Group Manager – Operations, WNS Global Services (Pvt) Ltd, has a career, spanning 15+ years in the Business Process Management (BPM) Industry driving Finance Operations, Transformation and Shared Services for global fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients across North America, UK, Europe and the APAC region.

She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK, Associate Member of Chartered in statute of Marketing UK and has completed her MBA from the University of West London UK. She’s currently seconded to the UK to lead the IFRS 17 Implementation for a leading insurance company in the UK.
