Dr. Subha Fernando

Dr Subha Fernando earned a Doctor of Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan. She received her B.Sc (Special) Hons in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka and received her Master of Engineering in 2010 from Japan.
Currently, she works as a Consultant for Artificial Intelligence to CodeGen International (Pvt) Ltd. She is also Senior Lecturer attached to Department of Computational Mathematics and Research Scientists of QBITS – Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the University of Moratuwa.
She is the former Head of Department of Computational Mathematics, former Director of Information Technology Research Unit of the University of Moratuwa, and the Immediate-Past President of Sri Lankan Association for Artificial Intelligence.
