Yazad Dalal is the Head of HCM Cloud Applications, Asia Pacific at Oracle Corporation, where he is responsible for strategy, operations and overall growth of Oracle’s Human Capital Management Cloud solutions across the APAC region. He is also passionate about identifying and sharing trends in all areas of Human Capital Management. Yazad and his team work with HR and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that enable them to transform their organizations and modernise their workforce tools.

Prior to joining Oracle in 2015, Yazad was EVP, Asia, of TMP Worldwide, the world’s largest independent HR communications and technology firm. He held various leadership roles at TMP in both the US and Asia, including Regional VP of TMP New York and General Manager of TMP India.

Yazad has spent nearly 20 years working in the human capital space, including senior positions at Vault.com, the leading career information resource for high potential students and young professionals, and at Monster Worldwide, where he led the Global Sales Development group. As a Human Capital expert, he has lectured at INSEAD and has appeared in over 20 mainstream, business and HR publications in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Yazad is based in Singapore.

Served as Head of Analytics at iQor Inc. where he constructed and implemented a suite of human capital products related to turnover, performance, compensation, recruiting, and staffing.

Founded a boutique human capital analytics firm, TalenTeck, which provides data-driven, analytic solutions to a variety of talent management challenges, including employee retention, optimal team composition, compensation alignment, recruitment, and selection.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Kathy spent 14 years with Australia New Zealand (ANZ) Bank in various HR roles across multiple businesses in Australia and Singapore. Key roles included Senior Practice Consultant in the Corporate Leadership and Talent Team, Head of HR for the International Partnerships business and Head of HR for Foreign Exchange, Commodities and Rates.
Prior to ANZ Bank, Kathy worked at Rothschild and Sons (Australia) for 3 years and Grant Thornton for 3 years based in Australia.

Kathy has over 20 years HR experience working within Financial Institutions, Professional Services and Technology. Her HR experiences include change management, leadership and talent management, learning and development, HR strategy development, workforce planning and compensation and benefits.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Management and Masters of Human Resources/Industrial Relations.
Kathy has a passion for sport, particularly snow skiing and running and loves to travel with her husband and 2 children.

Rainer holds a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. nat.) in Physics from the University of Technology Munich, and worked as a computation and neuroscience researcher at California Institute of Technology (Caltech) / USA.

As such, she directed IFC’s efforts to enable companies from numerous sectors to address gender gaps in employment and thereby drive gains in productivity, competitiveness, and innovation. Carmen also managed IFC's Tackling Childcare Initiative as well as the World Bank Group's “SheWorks” private sector partnership, a Clinton Global Initiative Commitment to Action (which improved job opportunities for more than 300,000 women).
