Chinthi is a Career technologist with over 20+ years of IT
experience. A pragmatic thinker with a disciplined style of
communicating across both business and technical arenas to
continuously create, manage, and execute a vision. She reverse
migrated to Sri Lanka in 2014 after spending 15 years in the US
where she led, built and expanded accounts as part of the Client
Services arm of Virtusa Corporation.
Chinthi joined Mitra as the CEO of Mitra Digital in January 2019
after a successful career at Virtusa (NSE: VRTU) where she was the
Vice President and Global Head of one of its larger solution
practices and has more than 16 years of sales and business
development experience in high tech products and services,
managing Fortune 500 clients such as Unitedhealth Group, CVS,
JPMC, Prudential and Aetna.
Her key strengths lie in; - Developing and executing a targeted GTM
strategy based on market trends and white spaces, delivering better
quality wins and large deals - Re-architecting and restructuring
teams aligned to the newly defined GTM, solutions/services -
Synergizing investments to achieve higher ROI and margins - C-level
consultative selling, experience, and confidence.
Her passion is to serve her community, especially other women in
IT and help them progress in their career to be the best they can be.
As a founding member and President of Diversity Collective Lanka
(DCLK), she is focused on accelerating the gender diversity agenda
within the ICT/BPM sectors of Sri Lanka and has launched several
D&I programs that cut across schools, higher educational institutes
and the corporate sector of Sri Lanka. A student of Musaeus
College, Colombo 7, Chinthi is a qualified IT professional with a BSc
(Hons) in Information systems from the Manchester Metropolitan
