Remote Readiness Best Practices- Online Panel Discussion (followed by an interactive Q&A session)

As the pandemic accelerates in the new norm the adoption of remote work is practiced extensively by many IT-BPM companies locally and internationally, irrespective of the size and the product/ service vertical these companies belong to.

A recent survey study was carried out by SLASSCOM with the IT-BPM sector companies locally, with a representation from both, employee and employers.

This "Remote Readiness Best Practices" online panel discussion will present the findings of this survey, communicate the global as well as local WFH best practices and discuss examples of how these are executed by industry players.

This will be a one-hour panel discussion followed by a 30mins Q & A at the end of the session.

Panel will comprise representatives from employer, employee and HR giving different perspectives to the subject

SLASSCOM will also release a Remote Readiness Best Practices Guideline Document, for which you can register using the google form http://bit.ly/RemoteReadinessGuideline to receive your free copy.

This guideline document entails the Work from Home survey findings as well as the SLASSCOM HR Forum's suggested Remote Readiness Best Practices for employees and employers as well.
