In line with SLASSCOM's objective to build capacity and develop skills, increasing the talent pool, in preparations for the future of the IT & BPM industry, the Quality Engineering week is dedicated to academia to fuel an improved supply of skilled & highly qualified Quality Engineering professionals to satisfy the growing IT-BPM market.
It is vital for the existing students in university/ academia to be equipped to match the demand this rate of growth will create? More importantly, to create individuals with an innovative approach and increase the availability of industry-relevant talent/ workforce that is now required to succeed in today's fast-paced, disruptive world, by creating awareness in the IT/ BPM industry at a very preliminary stage of these individuals.
This programme will specifically focus on educating students at an undergraduate level about the opportunities available in the ICT/ BPM sector and focus on creating and preparing them for a career in the Quality engineering realm. In order to truly cultivate this sort of thinking in the minds of our next generation.
Accordingly the target audience will be university students pursuing a tech degree, diploma or potential quality engineers at an emerging stage
