Srinivasan, known as Srini, is the Chief Operating Officer of Hexaware’s Digital and
Software practice, with over 33 years of IT experience. He is highly skilled in Cloud, Agile, DevOps (AWS Certified), product engineering, digital experience, cloud-native development, and platform-led solutions. With expertise across industries like healthcare, BFSI, and retail, Srini has led numerous complex transformation programs and played a pivotal role in innovating Hexaware’s Amaze® platform for rapid, cost-efficient cloud adoption.
In his current role, he oversees global delivery for the Digital and Software service line, driving customer digital adoption, product engineering, delivery excellence, and employee engagement. A continuous learner with 120+ certifications, Srini stays at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends. With over 25 years at Hexaware, Srini has been instrumental in shaping its success. He previously held key roles at iSoft PLC and Ramco Systems.

Jayani De Silva

Jayani De Silva is a seasoned HR leader with expertise in strategy, transformation, and organizational development. She has proudly represented Sri Lanka on global platforms like the MAWE Shine Awards and recently served as a panelist at the Parenthood Global Conference. Renowned for her ability to drive compliance, change management, and performance improvements, Jayani has achieved milestones such as crafting innovative HR policies, leading talent management initiatives, and implementing Agile/SCRUM methodologies to enhance HR productivity. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, is a certified SCRUM Master and Trainer by the World Bank Group, and a certified LPI coach. Ravi’s career began in the banking sector, where he started in business roles at ANZ Grindlays Bank. He later transitioned to HR, continuing his journey with Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC. Sumudu Gunawardhana
