Serving as the CEO of PeoplesHR and hSenid Business Solutions PLC, he has overseen HR digitalization operations for more than 1600 organizations across 40+ countries worldwide. His firsthand interactions with HR professionals have granted him profound insights into HR trends, requirements, domain expertise, and the immense potential of HR Tech.

In a remarkable achievement, Sampath was honoured as the ICT CEO of the year for 2022 in Sri Lanka. He also holds the position of Director at the Sri Lanka Association for Software & Services Companies (SLASSCOM), the country's premier ICT organization for fostering Entrepreneurship & Innovation Forum and the HR Forum.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Sampath contributes as a faculty member at prominent Sri Lankan universities, imparting knowledge in the realms of HR and ICT. Furthermore, he has been a distinguished speaker at various international platforms, including the Malaysia HR Forum, Kenya HR Summit, and CEBIT Australia.

Angelo De Silva is the entrepreneurial force behind Sandbox, a leading performance consultancy in Sri Lanka, known for its innovative and data-driven approach to corporate consulting. With over 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, Angelo has made significant contributions, including pioneering e-Learning platforms in Sri Lanka and leading groundbreaking departments like Learning and Development at Dialog Axiata. He has consulted for over 60 top corporates across various industries, achieving an 80% improvement in team collaboration and innovation. Angelo's vision extends to empowering future innovators and entrepreneurs, demonstrated through his involvement in education and training at prestigious institutions and companies. Additionally, he has founded successful companies in the media and HR consulting sectors, authored official study texts, and designed learning curriculum, positioning him as a versatile leader in today's dynamic market.

Stephen Keys is the Chief Talent Officer at IFS and Chair of the IFS Foundation. Stephen is responsible for talent acquisition, talent retention and development. As a passionate champion for corporate social responsibility (CSR), Stephen serves as chair of the IFS Foundation, an independent charity launched in 2019 with the goal of breaking the poverty cycle in remote and rural parts of Sri Lanka.

Prior to this role, Stephen served as Regional President of IFS’s business in APJ, ME&A. In this role, Stephen was responsible for growing IFS’s presence across the region. Before joining IFS, Stephen was CEO of Sydney-based FTS Group, one of the largest privately-owned IT services companies in Australia. Prior to FTS Group, Stephen worked for 10 years at Software AG, where he held several leadership positions in sales and consulting in the APJ and ME&A regions.

Roland Smith is currently a director at Brandix Lanka Ltd. and serves on the executive board. In this role, he has oversight for Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Administration (which includes facilities, transportation, food and security). Roland is an experienced global leader and has held many senior executive, board, and faculty positions. Engagements have included assignments in six of the seven continents and work across many cultures, countries, and regions. He holds a B.B.A in Finance, and M.S. in Instructional Technology, and a Ph.D. in Adult Education with an emphasis on how individuals, teams and organizations learn. Over the last decade, Dr. Smith has lived in Sri Lanka, India and Singapore. Roland believes that social impact and business impact are complementary. He is committed to creating environments where people flourish.

Mariam Omar joined the Brandix Human Resources team in April 2020. She currently is the head of Corporate Communications. In that role she has the responsibility for advancing the brand and connecting the customer value proposition (CVP) with the employee value proposition (EVP). In addition, she is a core team member of the Brandix transformation team which is responsible for positioning Brandix for the future. She is passionate about people, their stories and the part they play in creating a fulfilling work environment. She holds a B.Sc in Fiber Science and Apparel Design from Cornell University, with a background in Mechanical Engineering. Over the years she has worked in product development at brands like Nike and was also involved in textile nano technology research before transitioning her work to human resources.
