The National IT-BPM Week is a key component of the National Future Talent Initiative (NFTI) - an industry, academia, government joint collaboration to develop future ready talent at scale. The objectives of the National IT-BPM Week is to create awareness, provide career counseling, career opportunities, and promote entrepreneurship in the IT-BPM industry. The main event aims to attract students from schools (O/L and A/L), state and private universities, vocational education institutions, and career seekers in the Western Province and at pocket events in select other provinces.
The event will span over 3 days and will feature a main stage with industry talks on career awareness, one on one career counseling desks, stalls by IT-BPM companies showcasing internship and employment opportunities, and stalls by education providers showcasing IT-BPM education programs.
