Anil Bhasin is the Managing Director and Vice-President, India and South Asia, at UiPath. He is responsible for scaling the business and technology units within the company’s India and South Asia operations. An established technology leader with over 33 years of industry experience in various leadership and senior management roles, Anil Bhasin will help accelerate implementations of RPA across various industry verticals and sectors.

Nitin is currently leading UiPath's Banking & Capital Markets Hyperautomation solutions for India and APAC. With his extensive experience in multiple banking verticals, he has been instrumental in enabling adoption across BFS customers in the region.

Manohari served the Hayleys Group having multiple leadership roles in her 18 year stint (Year 2002-
2020). She was attached to Hayleys PLC, the parent company, and served as the Head – Strategic
Business Development until May 2019. She was responsible for the Group’s acquisitions exceeding
US $ 200 Mn, listing subsidiaries in the Colombo Stock Exchange and restructuring loss making
entities. Manohari was the focal point of contact at Hayleys Group for Embassies, Chambers and UN
Global Compact. She also was involved in project financing liaising with multi-lateral development
agencies such as Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and DEG
Bank Germany

Md. Abdullah Al Mamoon, PMP has been working in diversified management domains since last about 30 years that includes Government Sector and United Nations. He is a Business Graduate having concentration on ‘Digital Technologies Management (DTM)’ with distinction (Winner of ‘Chancellor’s Award’) from Royal Roads University, British Colombia, Canada and a certified ‘Project Management Professional (PMP)’ from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.

Mr De Silva was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2012 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and thereafter appointed as Executive Director – Business Operations in October 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He counts over 24 years experience in financial services, oil and gas, telecom infrastructure and pharmaceutical industries.

Mr Priyantha Talwatte who has been an integral part of the Corporate Management Team of
Nations Trust Bank PLC (‘the Bank’) for the past 18 years and with over 28 years of general
management experience in diverse sectors, has been a transformative business leader in the
Bank’s journey.
Mr Talwatte is well known for his pivotal role in contracting and launching the American Express
franchise in Sri Lanka and developing a best in class credit card issuing and acquiring business
for the Bank to become the leading credit card issuer and acquirer in the local market. Mr
Talwatte whilst leading and overseeing the Consumer Banking business, established the Bank’s
sales and service units and expanded the Bank’s branch network. He was also a leading
proponent of digital banking and the digitization of operations for optimal customer convenience,
establishing and strengthening the Banks direct banking and digital channels and founding the
Data Analytics and Customer Experience Units of the Bank.
He also serves as a Director of Lanka Clear (Pvt.) Limited , Waldock Mackenzie Limited -
(WML), Allied Properties Limited - (APLl) and Nations insurance brokers Limited (NIBL).
