SLASSCOM presents a two-month wellness drive designed to spur the entire tech industry into health and fitness. Together with Ayubo Life and a team of experts in corporate health & wellness, FIT HIT will take all its participants on a journey to become the best version of themselves.

This holistic approach involves a series of 4 webinars conducted by experts on health & wellness, followed by a 21-day STEP Challenge with an optional 7-week 'Couch to 5KM' program for individuals and teams to ease into a fitness lifestyle, in preparation for The Grand Finale: a 5KM walk/run and wellness morning at Viharamahadevi Park in Colombo.

  • Webinar Series: Sign up for a series of 4 webinars spanning 4 consecutive weeks, where corporate health and wellness professionals will share vital insights into mental and physical wellbeing at work. Save the dates!


  • 21-day Step Challenge: Spanning from 6th Feb. – 26th Feb. A competitive, team-based online challenge (fixed number of precisely 5 members per team) which your team can enter via the ayubo.life app (download on Google Play Store​ and App Store​). Hit the daily target of 10,000 steps, and winning teams will be published on weekly leaderboards. A fun, competitive way to physically prepare for the final Walk & Run.
  • Fit Hit Walk/Run: The Fit Hit 5KM Run/Walk will be a celebration of wellness and health for participants and spectators. Join us at Viharamahadevi Park, Colombo on the morning of March 3rd. Register individually or as 5-member teams. Apart from the scheduled race, the wellness morning will have stalls, talks, and games for everybody, as well as an award ceremony at the closing to present medals and NFT certificates to all winners.


  • Couch-5k (optional) Training sessions: Starting on the 18th of January, the Couch to 5KM program spans 7 weeks, designed for beginners aiming to build up their running endurance to reach a 5km goal, headed by a certified running coach and facilitated by BoardPAC team during weekly physical evening sessions, happening every consecutive Thursday evening 6pm onwards at Vihara Maha Devi Park. All who successfully complete the training program will receive a certificate.
