Sadhik serves as VP and Country Head of Innodata Lanka. He has been part of
Innodata Lanka for over two decades and has strong BPM operational background
having worked with customers in US, UK and Europe. With 25+ years of
experience in the BPM industry, he has well rounded exposure in operations,
technology, and shared services. He was a member of the pioneering team setting
up Innodata Lanka in 1994. Sadhik has a master’s in systems engineering from

Damith Gangodawilage is an award-winning serial entrepreneur with over 20 year of experience
in taxation and financial management, locally and internationally. He is the Founding Managing
Director and Chief Compliance Officer of Taxperts Lanka Pvt. Ltd. Damith won eSwabhimani
digital social impact award from the Information and Communication Technology Agency in Sri
Lanka and NBQSA awards from BCS, Chartered Institute for IT in 2019 for integrating technology
in tax compliance first time in the Country. Further, he nominated for Asia Pacific ICT Awards in
the same year. In 2021 he won the National Ingenuity Award at the IT Awards organized by the
Sri Lanka Association of Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM) for best innovation in
business process Management.

Business Architect and Jt. Managing Partner of Assurance Partners (Chartered Accountants).
Prior to take over the leadership of the own ventures, Damith worked as the Deputy Chief Financial
Officer for TATA Communications Lanka Ltd, the leading telecom player in the world. And, he
worked as the Deputy Campus Director/Head of Academics in Sri Lanka and Cambodia at a
reputed international campus.
As a multi-disciplinary professional Damith earned several professional and academic

behavior of entrepreneurs at research conferences and Journals locally and internationally. He is
currently engaging with Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) as a Research Supervisor and a
visiting faculty of the post graduate programs.
Damith was the Vice President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation, the National Body of Tax
Professionals established by the Parliament of Sri Lanka and a Director/Treasurer of the Colombo
Chamber of Commerce. He is a Member of CMA COVID19 SME Development Committee, a
joint initiative of professional bodies, Chambers, bankers and industry experts established by the
Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and functioning as the Alternative
Chair of Finance and Taxation Sub Committee. Also, he is an Exco Member of the SME Task
