In the last 2 months, Mayun has spoken with 5 retirees about what long-term medication means to them, 5 foodies about finding the perfect dish, 10 women about their skin, 5 busy executives on the balance between fitness, nutrition and recovery. All in deep 1 on 1 interviews with a product or service in front of them that they have never seen before or heard of for the first time.

He's changed his mind, been wrong, and surprised but more importantly built better products and services that are centered around the real people that will use it.

Those new products or services were designed and prototyped in less than 4 days, collaboratively with some brave clients at Very Bad Wizards, the product & service design agency specialized in nimble, Design Thinking & Doing.

Apart from criticizing the latest marketing shiny object, going down endless rabbit holes on Reddit and coming up with consumerism theories, Mayun love's to figure out the sweet-spot between business, technology and design.

Before co-founding Very Bad Wizards, Mayun started off in Advertising in the local scene, Marketing and Growth Hacking in the UK and more recently in Innovation consulting after completing a masters in Innovation.

"If you build it they will come" was the common theme Shavin was exposed to before co-founding Very Bad Wizards. Shavin's problem was that, as an engineer, he worked on a lot of projects that never got to see the light of day as they weren't solving any deep rooted issues for the people they were built for.

After wanting more autonomy in creating those applications, he pivoted to a career of Design, to help those projects have a better life expectancy and actually create products or services that people really needed.

Shavin believes that any company can stand the test of time and even be massively profitable as long as they keep the customer in the fore front of all the decisions made.

You can follow Shavin's musing on twitter @shavin47, where he talks about design, product development & new products that you might potentially love.
