Hannes Färberböck is a Nagarro Co-Founder and responsible for Nagarro’s global business unit for Accelerated Quality and Test-Engineering. After studying computer science in Linz, Austria, he worked as a research assistant at ETH Zurich, Switzerland in software engineering and object orientation. Hannes’ passion as a consultant, trainer, entrepreneur & innovative pioneer in the areas of quality, OOP, architecture and agile development processes followed. He is founder of the 1998 established Austrian root of Nagarro, ANECON, focused on quality engineering, test automation and agile consulting.

Janna Loeffler has more than fifteen years of software quality experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and a master's degree in business administration. Working in a variety of software engineering roles, including development, testing, quality assurance, and DevOps, has provided her with a holistic view of software engineering. She has worked on a wide variety of products, such as industrial controls, embedded medical devices, websites, mobile applications, and theme park attractions. Janna has a passion for helping people build high-quality software more efficiently.

Adrian is a Lead Software Engineer in Quality Assurance at IFS, Linköping, Sweden, where he is currently accountable for test automation strategies and quality assurance processes at the department of Experience Framework. He coaches the software developers at all levels training them how to write testable code and better unit/E2E tests. He graduated from the University of La Coruña, Galicia, Spain with a Bachelors’ degree in Technical Engineering in Computer Science (2007). During his middle school education, he won the regional and national championship in Mathematics which has been the ‘moment of pride’ in his life. After finishing his studies, his first job in IT sector was building ERPs at Comasis Consultores for a year in Spain before he moved to Sweden for good in 2007. He worked as a game developer at the company ManagerZone AB (2007-2008) with my focus gradually shifting towards Quality assurance. Through his professional career as a software engineer, he then started to acquire knowledge and get trained about ‘QUALITY’ at a professional experienced level over the past 10 years. He is working as an Engineer at Powerchallenge AB (2008-2012) and as a software architect and project manager at Prek AB developing CMRs for real estate agencies (2012-2016) have been learning about Quality in IT through many different angles i.e. what it means and entails such as based on the perception of engineers versus customers.

Harshana heads the software quality assurance and Intelligent Automation practice at Fortude. During his 17 years of experience in the IT services industry, he has worked with Fortune 500 organizations, providing Quality engineering and automation solutions for large and complex digital transformation programs.

Thomas Steirer is a test automation architect from Vienna, with more than 15 years of experience. He has developed numerous test automation frameworks and solutions in various industries and technologies. His focus is on building scalable and sustainable solutions that are heavily focused on delivering valuable information to the whole team. In his work at Nagarro, he helps customers in implementing and optimizing test automation, and teaches at universities in Austria. He is initiator and technical owner of the "AI4T" research project, developing Advanced Intelligence for Testing. In his spare time, he is a tech junkie, tinkerer and Gameboy musician.

Dr. Gerard Fernando is the Chief Scientific Advisor for Zone 24x7, Inc. He has responsibility for technology development with emphasis on data security, system performance and optimization, data science and machine learning. He has more than twenty five years experience working for Fortune 500 companies in the high technology area. He specializes in technology commercialization – from basic research to product launch. He has a successful track record in managing large engineering teams.

Dr. Gerard has a BSc and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London, UK.

Gerard has lead standards efforts in ISO and IETF relating to Java, media delivery, security and video codecs. He has several patents and publications in these technology areas.

He has worked at Sun Microsystems Inc. in USA, Philips Electronics in UK and ZTE Corporation in China.

Janith Gunasekara is the Director - Quality Engineering of Sysco LABS Sri Lanka. He has 16+ years of experience in strategy formulation, implementation, and leading quality engineering practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration awarded by the University of Moratuwa. Janith is a member of the advisory committee of the SLASSCOM Quality forum.
