CICRA the Centre for Integrated Communication Research & Advocacy was first mooted in 2006 among a public spirited team of academics and professionals, who were determined to promote integrated communication research and
advocacy in Sri Lanka. Having incorporated in 2007 as a not-for-profit association, we have worked closely with many
international organizations including the UN, World Bank, USAID and the IFC.
