Public Private Partnership that operates the National Payment Network to facilitate all interbank financial transactions, Digital Certification Service Provider (LankaSign) and Financial Sector Computer Security Incident Response Team (FinCSIRT) for Cyber security resilience of the financial sector. He is also a board member of the Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Response Team (SLCERT), which is the entity responsible for setting up the National Cyber and Data Security Policy as well as for policy implementation, monitoring and support. Mr. de Silva is also a member of the National Certification Authority (NCA) Task Force, which is the authority responsible for setting up and ensuring governance of the National Digital Certification Authority in the country.
He was recognized by the Internet Society as a technology pioneer for his contributions as Sri Lanka’s first ever webmaster with the development of Sri Lanka’s first commercial web site http://www.lanka.net/ (1994) and the engineer responsible for the establishment of the first-ever dedicated Internet connection in Sri Lanka.

Neranjan is a veteran in Technology and Cybersecurity fields in Sri Lanka having experience for more than 13 years in multiple local and multinational organizations. He has
worked in senior consultant positions architecting and designing mission critical
environments in complex projects. A past Royalist and a graduate from from the University of Moratuwa Faculty of Engineering specializing in Electronic & Telecommunications, he has acquired countless industry certifications in many diverse areas.
He is a member of IESL, ISC2 Colombo Chapter and ISACA Sri Lanka and conducts many workshops, webinars and mentorship programs with professional bodies to transfer his knowledge and experience to serve the industry. Currently he works as the CTO of Just in Time Group, a pioneer in Sri Lankan technology field, undertaking the complete technology function of the company.
His passion is to create the realization of the value of technology in the local tech domain, addressing customer pain points and providing world-class technology solutions. He is currently focusing on all aspects of technology including cybersecurity, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, blockchain, DevOps, IOT to name a few to provide solutions and address pain points in Sri Lankan industry verticals

With over twenty-five years of experience, Jayantha Fernando is a veteran Digital Lawyer. During his tenure within the public service, Jayantha was also instrumental in driving Sri Lanka’s tech-law related reform initiatives. In addition to drafting the Electronic Transactions Act, Computer Crimes Act and other legislation, he also chaired the drafting of Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 09 of 2022 – the first legislation of its kind in South Asia. He also developed the legal standards for the Information System Contracts and led the negotiation of the E-Commerce Chapter of the Singapore-Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement.

Mahesha is a Director at Mastercard Sri Lanka working in the area of International Markets. Prior to assuming her present role, she was the Assistant General Manager Card Services and a Member of the Corporate Management of Cargills Bank

Prashani functions as Deputy General Manager- Group ESG at Hayleys PLC and is responsible for driving the Group’s ESG Roadmap. She is also part of the team responsible for preparing the Hayleys PLC Annual Report and contributes towards driving better sustainability reporting practices across the Group. Prashani has extensive experience in implementing global reporting frameworks including the International Integrated Reporting (IR) Framework, GRI Standards, SASB Standards and TCFD reporting recommendations. Prashani holds an MSc in Finance from the University of St. Andrews, MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (University of Sri Jayawardenepura), Bachelors’ in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham and has successfully completed a Certificate course in Business Sustainability Management, from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and has served on the CIMA Sri Lanka Country Network Panel.
