Chandi Dharmaratne is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Virtusa Pvt. Ltd. She is responsible for the professional development and engagement of approximately 3,500+ employees in Sri Lanka. In addition, she heads the internalization of Robotics Process Automation in HR globally.

Chandi was awarded the HR Leadership Award by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress in 2014 and was recognized as Echelon Magazine’s list of 50 Most Powerful Women in Sri Lanka (2015). In 2016, Chandi was conferred the Women Leadership Achievement Award by the World Women Leadership Congress.

Chandi has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Master’s in Business Administration and has also attended executive education programs conducted by the INSEAD business school.

In addition, Chandi serves as a board director of SLASSCOM, an advisory board member of AIESEC Sri Lanka, a committee member of the Association of Human Resource Professionals, a member of the Business Advisory Group (USAID), an advisory member of the sector committee on National Export Strategy for the IT/BPM sector and is the immediate past president of the American Alumni Association of Sri Lanka.

Sinthuja is a Senior Technical Lead at WSO2, where she is an expert of data analytics and big data technologies. She provides technology consulting on customer engagements such as architecture reviews. She had been involved in multiple projects in WSO2, including Business Activity Monitor (BAM) and Data Analytics Server (DAS) which deals with Big Data, Dashboard Server (DS) which is focusing on frontend technologies and user interface designing and Observability to WSO2 products and Ballerina. Currently she is focusing on providing the observability on Cloud native environment with Kubernetes, Service Mesh, etc. She has also presented at many WSO2 User Conferences over the years. She holds a BSc in engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, where he specialized in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Currently she is working on the final stages towards completing the Masters in Computer Science, University of Moratuwa.
